Integrative & Trauma-Informed Approach
My approach draws on a range of therapeutic methods, always guided by what feels right for you.
Person-Centred
At the heart of therapy is the relationship we build together. Person-centred therapy is rooted in the belief that you already hold the capacity for growth and healing, my role is to create the space for that to happen. You are met with warmth, genuine empathy, and unconditional acceptance, without judgement, pressure, or expectation. We work collaboratively, with your experiences and what matters to you guiding the process.
Integrative
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centred and psychodynamic, rather than working from a single model. Together, we'll find a way of working that fits you, rather than expecting you to fit the therapy.
Trauma-Informed
My work is shaped by an understanding that past experiences can shape how we feel and respond in the present, sometimes showing up in both the body and mind. It prioritises safety, choice, and collaboration. We'll work at your pace, staying with what feels manageable, so you never feel pushed or overwhelmed.
How I Work
At the heart of everything we do together is the relationship we build, that's where real change becomes possible.

This is a non-judgemental, collaborative space where you can feel supported to create the change you're seeking.

Safety and trust are the foundation of everything I do here, built carefully over time, with you guiding the pace.

I keep in mind how your past experiences may shape the way you move through the world. In our sessions there is room to slow down. You are invited to bring whatever feels important, without pressure to have everything figured out.
Â
Together we gently explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, making space for clarity to emerge. Slowly, you can begin to make sense of what you're carrying.

You will never be rushed. I move at a pace that feels right for you, with a sense of stability supporting the work as it deepens.
